I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Del Peregrino during my 4-day stay. The staff, especially Mario and Brandon, were amazing, always ready to assist and communicate in English, which made my stay comfortable. The hotel was clean, located centrally, and offered a delicious breakfast served in a friendly, communal atmosphere. My only minor issue was that our room was a bit darker as it lacked outside windows, but it was still cozy and quiet.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Del Peregrino. The location was fantastic and the breakfasts were delicious, but the cleanliness and room size left much to be desired. My stay involved some disappointments, especially regarding the access to facilities and the inconsistent service. 😕

Rooms
5.0
The Deluxe King Room I stayed in was cramped with only 12-15 inches between the bed and the wall, which made moving around quite difficult. Though the air conditioning worked well, the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking.
Service

While some staff were friendly and made efforts to help, others were often preoccupied with their phones. This inconsistency affected the overall service experience.

The breakfasts were a good treat, with freshly cooked options and different main courses each day. However, the quality varied, and some items were overly salty or greasy.

Access to a pool was promised but not available as expected, which was disappointing. The jacuzzi was only available during limited hours, adding to the confusion regarding facilities.
